Administrative Expertise

In two separate industries and within multiple Marine Corps commands I have proven to be efficient and results oriented, with great attention to detail and able to learn multiple and diverse systems to support front office operations.

Human Capital Management

Successfully helped establish and improve specific records management for over 1,200 reserve personnel across the United States and overseas, serving Mobilization Augments by creating documents, forms and tracking systems using spreadsheets and web based systems.

Critical Reports Management

Supported the management of the II Marine Expeditionary Force Casualty Cell, producing casualty reports received from Iraq.  Under significant time constraint and accuracy requirements, ensured 100% information accuracy prior to family notification.

Experienced with answering, screening, and responding to customer calls, greeting visitors and providing detailed information regarding company services.

 

 

Schedule Maintenance

– Intake and review all bids and related documents while confirming compliance with bid requirements.
